Major Cities (Pakistan): 2–5 business days
Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional offers.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the package and product so we can investigate and assist you.
